We offer a free standard shipping on all orders over $80 USD.

If your order has not yet arrived and it is passed the shipping time for your shipping method (i.e. Standard shipping, 3-5 business days), please contact us below.
If you are still within the timeframe of your selected shipping method, please stay patient.
Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for custom engraved items.
Do you pay customs / duty fees?
Page Anchor ships from the US, and is not responsible for your country's customs or duty fees.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my order?
If you for any reason are unsatisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. All returned items should be in their original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that customized products, such as personalized engraving, are not eligible for returns.
If your product has any defects that are not caused by you, you have the right to get your item(s) exchanged for new a new one for free.

What's the 30-day money-back guarantee?
If you are for some reason unhappy with your item(s), you have the right to return your unused item(s) and get a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Customized products, i.e. products with personalized engraving are non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our end—such as a typo in the engraving.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What is the Lifetime Warranty?
All our products come with a Lifetime Warranty which covers all defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear. Contact us at help@page-anchor.com and we'll help you out!

Do your bundles come with individually packaged products?
Yes, all products included in our gift bundles come individually packed.
What are the Page Anchor bookmarks made of?
All Page Anchors are made of 316L stainless steel and ion-plated with precious metals such as gold, platinum and rose gold. You can find more info in the product descriptions.
Which type of books do Page Anchor work with?
Our anchors should work with any type of book, as long as it is thicker than a magazine!
No matter if you are using a journal, cookbook, pocket book or a large hardcover, Page Anchor will help it effortlessly stay open without hurting the spine.
